Terms and Conditions


1. The client is solely responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by either themselves or their guests. All damage to both the inside and the outside of the vehicle including that of a third party instigated by the client or their guests is also the client’s responsibility thus the cost of repairs will rest with the client.

2. All vehicles offered are chauffeur driven only therefore self-drive is prohibited by the client or their guests.

3. Any of the client's or their guest’s belongings left in the vehicle after the hire period is of no responsibility to GT Chauffeurs, thus it is the client’s responsibility to let the driver know where they would like their belongings to be placed at the end of the hire period.

4. We do not accept responsibility for any personal damages to the clients and their guests. 

5. Smoking, eating or drinking is prohibited in all of our vehicles unless stated otherwise. Any damages occurred due to a violation of this policy will result in the cost of repair/valet to rest with the client.

6. All passengers must wear seatbelts.

7. A deposit of £50.00 will be charged at the time of reservation. These are non-refundable deposits after a 14 days of payment. The remaining balance is to be settled within 14 days in advance the event.  

8. It is the client's responsibility to provide the adequate travel time to and from destinations. However no responsibility is taken for time taken, the reliability of the vehicle and any events that are beyond our control.

9. No responsibility is taken for adverse weather conditions that prevents the full hire of the vehicle. Weather can be unpredictable therefore if we or the driver decides that it is unsafe to operate the vehicle in the given conditions then the client will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be provided with no further accountability.

10. Bookings can be refused without explanation.

11. It is assumed the client is happy for photos of them to be published on the GT Chauffeurs website and social media platforms. If the client does not want photos to be used then they must state this at the time of booking.

12. Small amounts of confetti/rice may be carried on a person’s clothing into the vehicle however throwing such items on or very near to the vehicle is prohibited. If damage as a result of violating this policy occurs then the client will be liable for the cost of repair/valet.
